HerPhase is an AI-powered cycle companion on WhatsApp. It helps you track your cycle, understand your patterns, and optionally share phase-aware updates with your partner.
HerPhase is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. All cycle predictions and health insights are for informational and wellness purposes only. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.
You must be at least 16 years old and have a WhatsApp account. You agree to provide accurate information during signup.
Your WhatsApp phone number is your account. You are responsible for all activity through your number.
Send "stop" on WhatsApp to unsubscribe from all messages. To request full deletion of your account and data, email privacy@joinherphase.com.
HerPhase processes sensitive personal data including menstrual cycle dates, symptoms, mood, and related health information. Under Swiss data protection law (nDSG), this requires your explicit consent.
By using HerPhase, you explicitly consent to the processing of your health data as described in these terms and our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time by sending "stop".
All content you send to HerPhase -- text, voice messages, and images -- is processed by third-party AI services to generate responses, extract cycle data, and provide a personalized experience. The companion automatically remembers relevant details from your conversations over time.
AI responses may be incorrect or imprecise. Cycle predictions are estimates. See our Privacy Policy for details on which AI providers we use and how your data is handled.
HerPhase sends you proactive messages including check-ins, phase alerts, cycle-related reminders, product updates, and occasional messages from our team. Message frequency adapts to your usage and may be limited to prevent abuse. Send "stop" to opt out of all messages.
If you connect a partner, you confirm you have the right to share their phone number. Your partner must opt in before receiving any messages and can opt out at any time by replying "stop".
HerPhase controls what information is shared with your partner based on the privacy level you choose. Your partner can ask HerPhase questions, with responses respecting that same privacy level. You are never asked to review messages before they are sent.

We may limit or suspend access for violations.
You retain ownership of your data. By using HerPhase, you grant us a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process your data solely for providing, maintaining, and improving HerPhase. This license terminates when your account is deleted. HerPhase's name, branding, and technology are our intellectual property.
HerPhase is provided free of charge during early access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. If we introduce paid features, you will be notified in advance and never charged without consent.
HerPhase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on cycle predictions or partner updates, AI inaccuracies, or third-party service interruptions.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or limits your statutory rights.
You may stop using HerPhase at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be communicated via WhatsApp. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland. EU residents retain the benefit of mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence.
